We first contacted our friend, Patti Williams, to usher us through buying a new home we'd found. Her knowledge and skill at handling the negotiation made the process so easy, we then asked her to help us sell our old home. Patti went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. She not only made recommendations for getting our house in top shape to command the best possible price, she also arranged estimates, met contractors and forwarded information daily. She really knew our market and was well connected in the community. This helped us sell our house fast once we listed - we had two offers in as many days! Selling our home could have been so much more tiring and emotional, but Patti was always cheerful and reasonable, and she was a cheerleader, too! She kept us focused on our goals and she was always mindful of our family's needs and budget. Patti was professional, open and honest during both the buying and selling of our homes... and we're still friends!

It’s been about a month since closing on my first home and I must say that I couldn’t be happier.
Patti with Luxe Group was so knowledgeable during the entire home buying transaction. As a first time homebuyer, they were hands on during each phase of the process. The team was amazing whether we were scouting properties, negotiating offers, getting inspections or writing paperwork to close. Not only that but I never felt rushed or lost during the purchase. As a first time homebuyer, I was asking a lot of questions (many times the same questions)... “why can’t we get this” “why do I need to make my offer this“ “what makes you think that”...and the team always took the time to thoroughly explain their answers to my questions. Patti made sure I understood exactly where we were and what we were doing through each step to close.
At the end of the day, I was able to get into a beautiful neighborhood with great schools and restaurants. I purchased at a competitive price and I can’t thank the team at Luxe Group enough for making it possible.

I recently purchased a new home with the help of Patti Williams of Luxe Group. I have known Patti for several years, starting in 2009 when she sold a piece of property that I had owned with my husband who had recently passed away. As many of you remember, this was the beginning of the fall out from the burst real estate bubble and the very long and severe economic recession that followed. This was not the optimum time to sell any real estate, much less a piece of land. After 3 failed attempts with other realtors to sell my property, I found Patti. With her many years of experience in real estate, her numerous contacts and acquaintances, combined with her positive outlook and keen instincts, Patti was able to sell this lot. I am sure that what appeared to be so effortless from my perspective, actually involved many hours of work on her part to secure this deal, given the enormous challenges that the market presented at that time. But she pulled it off! And in the years that I have known Patti since this transaction, I have come to expect nothing less from her. Her hallmarks are perseverance, integrity, positivity, and business acumen.

And since that original sale years ago, I have relied on her alone to help me with my real estate transactions. Not only did she sell a house for me in the summer of 2017, but she was the buyer agent for my most recent real estate acquisition. She was always available with common sense advice when needed; and step by step she guided me through the buying process. She returned calls promptly when she was unable to answer right away. Her sensitivity to my individual needs made the purchase of my new home a breeze. I am not sure I have all the words necessary to do this icon of the local real scene justice, but suffice it to say that she deserves all the accolades that I, and many others could bestow upon her.
